In this Terms of Service (agreement) the term "we", "us" refer to entity that owns the domain name and website SignupForMoney.com. The term "you", "user", "users", "customers" refer to entities that visit our site and may or may not sign up for our services. Term "services" and "products" is used for any offerings that are made on this website and in this terms of service that can be consumed/used by visitors/users of this site for variety of purposes.

If you sign up or register for our services, you accept and agree to abide by the terms mentioned in these terms of service agreement. You agree to abide by the terms mentioned here and accept that we hold right to terminate your account/affiliation with our website if you are found in violation of these terms of service.

You agree to use our services and products in a manner that is not detrimental or harmful for our website in any way. You agree to use our site and services and promote them in a way that cannot be considered as spamming or fradulent or unethical. You agree to use our services and products such that it will not harm or damage the hardware and infrastructure that is used to setup this website.

We hold the rights to update these terms of service at any time without prior notice to our users. We also hold rights to deny services and participation to any of our users. We hold rights to cancel, freeze or de-active account for temporary period or parmanantly if they are found in violation of this agreement or for any other reason that we feel appropriate. We do not have any obligation to inform and warn the user(s) upfront whose account we are cancelling or freezing or de-activating for any of the reasons we feel necessary.

Any claims of income and earnings made on this site are subject to pre-requisites and actions by the individual(s) trying to use our service. We do not guarantee any income or earning by use of our services and products. We cannot be held responsible for any consequences or effects of use of products and services advertised on this site that are not directly our offerings. If you sign up for or purchase any of the advertised products or services provided by other third-party, affiliated or non-affiliated sellers/websites advertised on our site.

If you choose to use our service and use your own domain name(s) for your portal site(s), we are not responsible in case there is any action/termination/restrictions applied to your account(s) at respective providers of advertising such as Google, Bidvertiser, etc. We do not control their actions and we cannot be held responsible for them either. Users are required to make sure they want to use our service and if there is any risk of account termination/restriction on the accounts possible because of use of our service from these third-party ppc ad providers like (but not limited to) Google, Bidvertiser, Adbrite, etc. When you submit banners to be displayed on your portal site we will approve them and those banners/ads will show on your portal site(s) immediately after approval. You are responsible for consequences (if any). If your account gets suspended because you showed the banners on your portal site, we cannot be held responsible for the same.

We run a profit sharing program also called as referral program or affiliate program on our site. We make every attempt to count the profit share and earnings of each member as accurately and honestly possible. We have built our own alogrithms and programs to count visitors sent by our members to our site, record actions taken by our members that count towards their final earnings. We will not consider any other third-party counters or programs to count the visitors or any other action for our users. Amount counted by our program and algorithm is considered final and after this it is subject to our discretion. If we suspect or have concrete evidence of violation of our terms of service, we hold the rights to suspend the user account and nullify the earnings. Respective user(s) or members with not be paid by us in thise case. All members who qualify for payment, must request payment from their members area before they can be paid. If you have crossed the payout limit but have not requested payment, you will not be paid by us. A valid PayPal or similar payment processing account is required to be able to accept payment from us.

As our member, you are required to subscribe to our mailing list. You can remove yourself from the mailing list and still continue to be our member. However, this may result in our communication(s) not reaching you related to service updates, updates to terms of service, etc. We cannot be held responsible for this.
